Terms of Service

BY UTILIZING SERVICES OR PRODUCTS FROM ILLUMINATE MEDIA PRODUCTIONS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE:

Basic Relationship Rules:

By using our services, you agree to maintain respectful and effective communication. Should you require assistance, please contact our support team at hello@illuminatemedia.co. We are committed to treating you with transparency and respect in all interactions.

Service Usage and Lead Management:

You agree to diligently follow up with leads provided, using various methods including phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media. Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is tailored for our leads; using an external CRM may affect the quality and effectiveness of these leads.

Lead generation is a progressive process, and immediate results are not typical. You acknowledge that it will take time and a significant volume of leads (50-100) to realistically assess lead quality. By using our services, you agree to a 30-day notice period for cancellation and to fulfill the minimum time commitment specified for our products.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy:

All payments for services, software, and one-time purchases like advertisement creative or web design are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to management approval and can be requested at hello@illuminatemedia.co.

A 30-day notice is required for the cancellation of any service or product. A minimum commitment of 2 months is mandatory for all services, and 3 months for lead services excluding the CRM.

Disputing charges with your bank or credit card company is considered fraudulent and invalid under these terms. You agree that all payments are final and will not dispute any charges. A fee of 100% + $15 USD will be applied for any such disputes.

Additional Service Charges:

You acknowledge that Illuminate Media Productions incurs costs for CRM software, phone numbers, text messages, and other usage, which will be rebilled to you. You agree to pay the specified amount per month to cover these costs.

Support Requests:

All support requests, including queries, cancellation requests, or general communication, must be sent to hello@illuminatemedia.co. Communications sent outside this channel will not be acknowledged or responded to.
